What we're building toward
The lot as planned: a glass-front building on the road, a workshop at the back, and a jungle patio between them. Not finished yet — this is the direction.
Storefront & studios
Glass onto the street downstairs, work rooms and balconies above.
Workshop bay
Roller doors at both ends, so the build space opens onto the patio.
Jungle patio & pool
